Check that the handoff works

Step 1: Test the exported files

1. Start an empty test project at FirstTrack’s tempo.
2. Drag the exported parts to separate Playlist lanes.
3. Start them all at bar 1.
4. Use only one of each dry/processed alternative.

Step 2: Listen for alignment

1. Play a vocal entrance and a later transition.
2. Compare them with the rough.
3. Correct any missing or shifted file.

Listen for: every part entering at the same time as in the rough, with its tail.

Step 3: Save and check

1. Keep the checked delivery folder.
2. Working with an engineer? Ask if the files meet their needs.
