Make a complete track draft
You finish with: A complete 90-second or longer draft with a deliberate ending.
Step 1: Arrange the whole idea
Listen for: a start, the lead arriving, contrast, a return and an ending.
Step 2: Hear it away from the editor
Listen for: the one part you most want to improve.
Step 3: Save and check
An exported arrangement is a checkpoint, not proof that the song is finished.
Finish
The check: Does FirstTrack_draft.wav run 90 seconds or more and end on purpose? Then you’re done. That’s Part 4.
